Services

We provide consulting services and serve facilitators for the Real Property Advisory or "7-11" Committees. These efforts including working closely with appraisers, legal counsel and district staff. We prepare agenda/minutes, reports, facilitate meetings and work closely with Superintendents and School Boards in providing advice on surplus property designations.
