School Facility Construction: Contractor Selection and Negotiations

We have experience assisting Districts in the selection of school construction contractors. One example of our work is below. We provided the San Marcos Unified School District with program management support in the recruitment and selection of Lease-Lease Back Entities.

In October 2011, we prepared an RFP for the Encinitas Union School District, which is seeking proposals from a qualified developer to enter into an exclusive negotiating agreement for the potential lease of, purchase of, development of, and/or exchange of the District's surplus real property at the District's Former Pacific View Elementary School site.
