Eric Hall has worked with us this past year as our DAIT Fiscal Advisor. He and Peter Wong were valuable partners in helping us to develop and implement our DAIT fiscal plan. Eric’s help in establishing and developing a Fiscal Advisory Committee was greatly appreciated. Parent’s and staff valued his facilitation of our meetings, and they appreciated his expertise and understandable explanations. As a result, the committee has evolved into a very functional advisory body for fiscal and facility issues.

Through his efforts, we expanded the scope of our construction program to include badly needed new facilities and modernization improvements. We strongly recommend his services.

During these tough economic times it was imperative for us to look at revenue generating options and to develop a common vision for our asset management.
